The Housing Forum 2026, organised by Habitat for Humanity Poland, will take place on 23 November 2026 at the Silesian Museum in Katowice.

The event aims to provide a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on housing affordability and access, and the future direction of housing policy in Poland. Participants will explore how legislative changes can support local authorities and how cooperation between the public, non-profit and private sectors can improve access to housing. The programme will also feature discussions on effective approaches adopted by cities, Social Rental Agencies, and the conversion of vacant properties into homes that meet the needs of older people. The Forum will also address building energy efficiency and new technical requirements, drawing on European experience to inform the development of housing solutions in Poland.
